The Over Cooked Dinner

The most common house fires are cooking related. That is exactly what happened to this Natick, MA homeowner when they were distracted and left food cooking, unattended. Fortunately, the homeowner had an emergency fire extinguisher and was able to put out the fire before any significant structural damage occurred. Unfortunately, the cook top fire resulted in significant soot damage and fire extinguisher exhaust damage. Properly cleaning soot and exhaust damage requires a trained professional with access to the proper equipment. Even though their dinner and oven was unsalvageable, we were able to make their kitchen, and its contents, "Like it never even happened."
