We are Hiring a Crew Chief!!

The Crew Chief plays a vital role in leading and coordinating restoration projects, ensuring that all processes are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The Crew Chief is responsible for guiding the team, maintaining quality control, and ensuring that safety protocols are strictly followed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:
  Coordinate and perform content restoration processes as scheduled, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Quality Control:
  Oversee the quality of work performed by the crew, ensuring that all processes adhere to guidelines and exceed customer expectations.
• Safety Management:
  Identify safety hazards on the job site, communicate potential risks, and establish control measures to protect both occupants and workers. Ensure that all team members follow safe work practices and adhere to safety and risk management guidelines.
• Leadership:
  Provide direction and support to the production team, ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Customer Communication:
  Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
