We are Hiring a Production Technician

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for performing assigned services in alignment with production guidelines. Your duties will include direct communication with customers to ensure their needs are fully met, supporting the Crew Chief and other production personnel as required, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform services according to production guidelines and work orders.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with the Crew Chief and customers.
• Ensure that all jobs are completed to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas to ensure they are in optimal working condition.

Results Expected:

• Production processes are executed according to established guidelines and work orders.
• Effective communication is maintained with both the Crew Chief and the customer.
• All jobs are completed to customer satisfaction or beyond.
• Vehicles, equipment, and facilities are consistently clean, orderly, and well-maintained.
