When a storm came through just as shingles were being removed from my roof, I had significant water damage to 4 rooms in my house. My insurance agent suggested calling SERVPRO, and I was so glad I did. They came the next day to look at the scope of the damage and then started the following Monday. Given the pandemic, all the workers wore face masks, and their work was not easy...it was hot and cramped getting wet insulation out of the attic. At the end of each day, they cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous and hard working, and the quality of the work was great. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Natick/Milford!

Our basement flooded with over 17 inches of water. Not knowing who to turn to we reached out to SERVPRO Natick/Milford. I spoke with the owner and he assured me that they would take care of everything. That same day his team was at my house pumping out the water. After 6 hours there was still an inch left and they did not stop until all the standing water was removed, which was well after 10pm. I am so glad I called them!
